Last week we had a great Maths Day. Throughout the day, the children did a variety of different activities including tessellation and multiplication problem solving. The children also explored size, time and weight by baking scones. Some of the children also explored money as they bought their ingredients. It was a great way to explore maths in everyday life. The day ended with an inter house mental arithmetic competition. .
