In a small Trust where over 90% of our staff are female, today 13 women stood up to be celebrated. We'd like to increase this number. We need to be proud of ourselves, of our achievements and of our ability to celebrate all things unique about ourselves.  We are fortunate to have had women before us fight for equity on our behalf in this country. Let’s increase the women’s confidence in our Trust; to be proud of everything they do, the daily juggling, the impact they have on many children’s lives, the amount they can achieve in one day.
